What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new 3D-Bee product accompanied by this limited warranty statement. Only consumers purchasing this product from an authorized 3D-Bee retailer or reseller may obtain coverage under this limited warranty. Warranty is non-transferable and shall be invalid if not the original registrar. If a product covered by this warranty is determined to be defective within the warranty period, VEFXi will either repair or replace the unit at its sole discretion. There will be no charge for parts or labor during the warranty period.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
The warranty period for the 3D-Bee unit is one (1) year on parts and ninety (90) days on labor from the documented date of your purchase. Replacement parts and units are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days on all models, in each case, date of product return to the customer.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (a) acts of God, accident, abuse, neglect, shock, electrostatic discharge, power surges, heat or humidity beyond product specifications, improper installation, voltage supply, operation, maintenance or modification; or (b) any misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual; or (c) malfunctions caused by other equipment. This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations including the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover. This limited warranty does not cover products sold "AS IS", "FACTORY REMANUFACTURED", or by a non-authorized reseller.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED OR DESCRIBED ABOVE. WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR PERFORMANCE.VEFXi TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING VEFXi NEGLIGENCE, ALLEGED DAMAGE, OR DEFECTIVE GOODS, WHETHER SUCH DEFECTS ARE DISCOVERABLE OR LATENT, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. What Do You Have To Do?
For warranty service to be valid, product must be registered at www.3D-Bee.com/register/ within 90 days of purchase. To request warranty service, contact us at www.3D-Bee.com/contact/ during the warranty period. Please obtain a pre-authorization number prior to sending any product to our warranty department. A proof of purchase in the form of a purchase receipt from an authorized reseller or copy thereof is required to show that the product is within the warranty period. Product must be in original packaging with all parts intact. Product you return to VEFXi must be properly packaged in its original packaging and shipped, with the shipping charges prepaid via a shipping method that provides for tracking of your package. VEFXi will not provide any warranty coverage unless your claim complies with all terms of this limited warranty statement and you follow proper return procedure.
What Will VEFXi Do?
If VEFXi authorizes you to return your product to VEFXi or an authorized service provider, VEFXi will repair your product or replace your product with a functionally equivalent or better replacement product. If VEFXi chooses to replace your product, the replacement product may be previously used, repaired and tested to meet VEFXi's specifications. VEFXi will pay to ship the replacement product to you only within in the country or region of the original purchase. By sending product for replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original product to VEFXi. VEFXi will not return your original product to you. VEFXi warrants that repaired or replaced products are covered for the greater of either the remainder of the original product warranty or 30 days.
How Does State Law Apply?
Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you to the extent limited by applicable law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
This warranty will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA., excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules to the contrary. This warranty will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. You hereby irrevocably submit to jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, USA, with respect to any proceeding under this warranty. You will not prosecute any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising under or by reason of this warranty except in such courts. This warranty may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of VEFXi. This warranty is not transferable.

Wie lange besteht Anspruch auf Garantie?
Der Garantiezeitraum für das 3D-Bee Gerät beträgt ein (1) Jahr für Bestandteile und neunzig (90) Tage für Arbeitsaufwände ab dem verzeichneten Tag des Kaufes. Für Ersatzteile und Ersatzgeräte gilt eine Garantie von dreißig (30) Tagen auf alle Modelle und in allen Fällen ab dem Tag der Rücksendung des Produkts.

VEFXi 将做什么？

¿Que cubre esta garantía limitada?
Esta garantía limitada cubre los defectos de material o mano de obra en el nuevo producto de 3D-Bee acompañado por esta declaración de garantía limitada. Sólo los consumidores que adquieran este producto de un minorista autorizado de 3D-Bee o un revendedor pueden obtener cobertura bajo esta garantía limitada.
